Hey,

I sent out an email to everyone asking to unsubscribe to my list because I won’t be updating this site anymore. I do plan to start back this website someday because I love the name Amtrepreneur and I def. want to brand it to teach others how to start a successful business. (I always wanted to give back to people)

Unfortunately, I’m going to close this blog down and start a new one where I show you the ins and outs of real estate flipping. I’m a real estate investor and I make well over six figure working less than 50 hrs a year. And I felt that it was time for me to take my investing to the next level. (I guess i should work more?) Plus, I didn’t want to bore you guys with a blog that never gets updated.

I will update you guys with my new blog. The first 30 days of my blog will show exactly how I make $30,000 within a month. I hope that’s exciting enough for everyone. If you want, stay on my list and I’ll update you with the new blog. Other than that, it was great knowing you guys and wish you the best of luck with your business! =)

Thanks,
Chris Cho

Working Smarter Not Harder

June 14th, 2009

I got a call from my mom yesterday asking if I can go delivery (catering) for her. I mean it’s Sunday and I wanted the poor lady to get some rest and party it up if she had to. For me, weekends and weekdays are the same. I’m actually out more on weekdays then weekends.

Anyways, the reason I’m writing this post is because I realized that I forgot how hard it is to make money. Over the years, i got too comfortable making money by clicking a button or signing a piece of paper. I mean don’t get me wrong I did my time and graduated from working hard. I even worked at a car wash before. I personally think nothing beats washing cars all day. I’m finally working smarter not harder. yay for me!

(my ex co-workers)

working smarter not harder - car wash

Every once in a while I don’t mind working at my parent’s restaurant. There are times like mother’s day when I work for my mom or when she just wants a day off. Today I happened to go catering by myself and it was a lot of work. Standing and serving all day takes a lot of energy out of me. I start to appreciate my job more the second i start breaking a sweat.

It really trips me out sometimes when i think about working more than 20 hrs a week. Especially at places like restaurant and car wash. It gives me chills even thinking about it. I’m glad I’m doing what I’m doing right now. Having the freedom to work whenever I want and wherever I want. Again, working smarter not harder.

If you’re working a dead-end job, keep up and don’t give up on your dream. Trust me, I’ve been there. I know there are plenty of great books on success but my #1 advice to you is… don’t ever give up on your dream no matter what. btw, work hard right now so you don’t have to work harder later. your hard work will pay off at the end.

(this is my proof to you. working hard def pays off at the end!)    =)

How to Get More Twitter Followers

Get More Twitter Followers

I was never a Twitter fan to begin with. Couple weeks ago I decided to try twitter out because Jeff Walker mentioned it on his Product Launch Formula. My guess was that if a big guru like Jeff Walker uses twitter… maybe I should try it too…

The first two weeks on twitter I had 145 followers and I was following about 150. So I asked myself why am I twittering? Is this even worth it?

So before I quit I wanted to go all out!!! And within 24 hours I had extra 460 people following me. I went from 145 followers to 605 followers with only 2 hours of work!
YES TWO HOURS, THAT’S IT!

I also got 117 new visitors to my blog! I just wish I knew about this before. What’s the catch? There is no catch… if you want more twitter followers, download my “Twitter Followers Uncut” and get more twitter followers! I guess the only catch would be… if you like it, simply shoot me an email saying you liked it. I would really appreciate that!

I made it REALLY simple! If you simply want to get more twitter followers put you name and address below and I’ll send you my “twitter followers uncut” for free. I hope you enjoy it! =)

Jeff Walker – Product Launch Formula 2

Jeff Walker's Product Launch Formula

Jeff Walker is the master of Product Launch. He’s one of the guys behind big launches and he also taught many top Internet Marketers. Jeff is also famous for his sixinseven. He made 6 figures in 7 days when other marketers had no idea how to. I know it seems very common now but back then it was a BIIIIIG deal to make six figures in a week.

Anyways, here are some lessons I learned from Jeff Walkers Product Launch Formula.

List Building

  • “List without relationship is nothing” = useless

Build Relationship

  • Find out what your list wants

Learn What Your List Wants

  • Surveys
  • encouraging interaction

Create The Solution to Your Lists

  • Find it
  • Build it
  • Bundle it

Frank Kern’s Crib – MUST WATCH!

——-————————————————–————————————————–

So I got an email from infomillionaire saying…

Hey – for some strange reason, our system automatically
added you to our affiliate program when you opted
in at our site a while ago.

This was NOT supposed to happen.

Anyway – if you want to promote InfoMillionaire we’re
happy to have you as an affiliate.

Hey Chris,

Believe me – it was a mistake!   :-)

What do you guys think?

Do you think it was a mistake or one of Frank Kern’s genius ideas?
