This is one of my real estate deals and I was wondering what you would do if you were in my situation.
We’ll see what happens tomorrow. Regardless, I’ll be a happy person. But let’s hope for the deal to go through. If not, I’m perfectly fine with walking away with $2,000. =)
I recently got the Eben Pagan’s Wake Up Productive course as a bonus when I purchased the Get Altitude home study course. It’s an amazing bonus for a product! Eben always over delivers and that’s why I like his stuff.
What Eben promises on this course it to teach you how to double your productivity and increase energy within 90 days. I’m on day 1 today and I’m excited for the rest of the course.
So instead of just watching his video, I decided to put it into action and blog about it as I learn his techniques. Follow my blog and you can get the value of his course for free!
The first week’s assignment is to create a success ritual for yourself. Basically success ritual is what you do first thing in the morning. Do you wake up to turn your alarm and go right back to bed for that extra 5 minutes? Or do you jump right into the showers? Eben breaks it down to waking up, working out, then grabbing your first bite.
It’s very important to work out in the morning. You might think that it’ll make you tired for the rest of the day, but it actually does the total opposite. You feel more energized through out the day if you work out in the morning.
Also, he recommends eating something healthy first thing in the morning. The reason behind this is because if you start the day out by eating something unhealthy, you’re most likely going to keep eating unhealthy throughout the day. Plus it’s always good to eat healthy!
So here is my Morning Success Ritual
Drink a cup of water soon as I wake up
Brush my teeth
Stretch & Work out
Drink a mix (blueberries, strawberries, banana, etc)
Shower
Get Dressed for Success
Plan out the day + To do list
What are your success ritual? If you don’t have any, START NOW!!!
I’ve seen so many people with great ideas that haven’t taken any actions. Why is that? People tend to give up when they don’t see immediate results. Don’t be result oriented!!!
Commit to something!!!
Another reason why people give up is because there isn’t much to lose.
For example, landlords collect deposit so you won’t trash their property. If there wasn’t anything to lose for a tenant, don’t you think they won’t care much?
ex : go register a domain! make a squeeze page! do something!
My commitment
After closing my business down, I committed to real estate investing 100%. I didn’t get a job!
I know this wasn’t the smartest idea but within 6 months I made 135k. After all, I guess it was a smart idea!
